Refund Policy

Enlightenment Enterprises invoices for naming rights and management services rendered during the preceding month or quarter. All fees are earned upon delivery of the monthly management report or upon the first day of the naming rights licensing period. Because these services are fully performed, no refunds or credits are issued for any billing period. If you believe an invoice contains an error, please contact us within 15 days of the invoice date, and we will investigate promptly.
