Services

We invoice our clients monthly or quarterly for the following services. All fees are calculated at fair market value based on comparable licensing and management fee studies, reviewed annually by an independent compensation committee.

NAMING RIGHTS (1.75% – 3.5% of monthly gross revenue)

- Licensing of the “Enlightenment” brand and related intellectual property

- Right to use the parent company name in marketing and legal documents

- Brand compliance monitoring and reputation management

MANAGEMENT FEE ($4,000 – $12,000)

- Executive oversight and strategic planning

- Board meeting coordination and corporate recordkeeping

- Regulatory filing coordination (state and federal)

- Inter‑entity transaction documentation and compliance review

Transparency & Compliance

All fees are set using market comparables and are approved by disinterested directors of each client entity.
